The Rebel Nutritionist Tips

Nutrition advice for the sane and skeptical.

Tip #1: Eat more butter.
Tip #2: Exercise is something to do only so you can eat more food.
Tip #3: The least beneficial foods to eat are sugars, fried starches, and anything made from or with "vegetable" oil.
Tip #4: The need for a special diet is a symptom of disease, not a solution.
Tip #5: Drink water and pee a lot.
Tip #6: Soy is not a health food.
Tip #7: If you eat a food and nothing happens to you within 72 hours, you are probably not allergic to it.
Tip #8: Vitamin supplements are not nutrition insurance.
Tip #9: "Vitamin D" is a hormone, not a vitamin, and it is not likely to be an essential nutrient.
Tip #10: Eating animals and animal products occasionally is "sustainable." Being a vegan is probably not.
Tip #11: Organic junk food is still junk food.
Tip #12: The word "natural" has no meaning.
